Operational Excellence for Visionary Planners

LoveLeigh Affairs helps event planners and event teams turn their event vision into organized action by providing the systems, structure, tools, and operational support needed to keep people, tasks, timelines, and moving parts organized and accountable.

We do not plan events. We manage the operations that make events work.

The Problem

Great Events Don't Just Need a Great Vision. They Need the Structure to Execute.

Event planners are visionaries. They are focused on the experience, the people, the purpose, and the bigger picture. But behind every successful event are countless tasks, timelines, responsibilities, vendors, communications, decisions, and moving parts.

When the operational structure is not clearly defined, planners and teams often experience:

Timeline Chaos
Dates and deadlines slip without a clear structure to hold them.
Communication Gaps
Information lives in too many places and never reaches the right people.
Unclear Responsibilities
No one is quite sure who owns what, so tasks fall through the cracks.
Last-Minute Problems
Surfaces late because there was no system checking the work along the way.
Overwhelm
The planner carries the full weight of every detail alone.
Burnout
Constant chaos and unclear structure wear the team down over time.

Better systems and operational structure reduce avoidable chaos, and give planners more room to lead.

What We Do

We Help Event Planners and Event Teams:

ORGANIZE
Tasks, timelines, teams, responsibilities, and event information.
ASSIGN
Roles, deadlines, ownership, and accountability.
BUILD
Operational guides, workflows, checklists, timelines, and systems.
OVERSEE
Readiness, coordination, communication, and execution.

You bring the vision. We organize the operation behind it.

How We Do It

We Turn Your Event Vision Into Organized Action.

A Clearer Process. More Order. A Stronger Event Outcome.

01Your Event Vision

You bring the vision, your goals, ideas, audience, and desired experience.

02We Ask the Right Questions

We use the event planning lifecycle to ask deeper questions and understand the full scope of your event.

03We Extract the Actionable Details

We take your vision and translate it into specific tasks, timelines, responsibilities, and requirements so nothing is overlooked.

04We Build Your Operational System

We organize everything inside a live project management system (Monday.com) and create supporting tools and guides (Notion).

05Active Operational Management

We actively support the process, meeting with your team, monitoring progress, coordinating next steps, and keeping everyone accountable from planning through execution.

Our Story

The Story Behind the Brand

Who We Are

LoveLeigh Affairs (LLA) is a Christ-centered event operations management company headquartered in the Atlanta metropolitan area. We partner with event planners, faith-based organizations, and corporate event teams to strengthen the operations behind their events.

Our work is not defined by a particular event type, but by the operational structure that supports it. Through systems, processes, and active operational oversight, we bring organization, accountability, and consistency to the work behind the vision.

The Founder Story

Long before there was a company called LoveLeigh Affairs, there was simply a little girl who loved bringing people together and creating memorable experiences.

Growing up, I was always organizing gatherings and finding creative ways to bring people together. That passion followed me to Temple University, where I studied Communications and realized I wasn't just planning events, I was creating opportunities for people to connect. Eventually, I put a name to what I had been doing all along, and LoveLeigh Affairs was born, carrying our family name, “Leigh,” and honoring the legacy of God-fearing, entrepreneurial women who came before me.

Our Mission

To serve event planners and event teams through operational excellence, creating order that empowers people, elevates every event, and honors God in every detail.
